Born and raised on Madison’s east side, Adam Czerepinski returned home after spending two decades on the East Coast. A versatile multi-instrumentalist, Adam performs on keyboards and bass while jokingly describing himself as “one of the ok-est trumpet and flute players in town.”

As a teenager, Adam earned a full scholarship to the prestigious Berklee College of Music, where he received his bachelor’s degree in Jazz Composition. He continued his studies at the Manhattan School of Music, earning both a master’s degree in Jazz Performance and a doctorate in Jazz Arts Advancement.

Today, Adam leads several Madison-area groups, including the high-energy jazz and groove ensemble Hornado, as well as his expressive and intimate piano trio. Whether performing as a bandleader or collaborator, he brings creativity, versatility, and a deep love of jazz to every performance.
